This fully catered weekend is designed around the idea of slowing down, resting, and restoring during the colder months. Rather than focusing on productivity or intense fitness, it emphasizes comfort, reflection, intentions, gentle movement, and connection. Think of it as embracing the season instead of pushing through it. There will be a focus on rest and reflection and setting intentions; breathwork, guided visualisation, vision board making, intention setting and journaling; gentle movement, sound baths, dawn and dusk walks in the beautiful countryside.
