Whacking-Heels Workshop
This monthly workshop is inspired by my interest and training in both whacking and heels styles, with a desire to expiriment with how the two styles compliment one another and create more opportunities for overlap in the Scottish dance scene. The first half of the session will utilise drills and short phrases to train the following elements:
The second half of the session will be focused on incorporating technique into choreography. This workshop is an open level - heels dancers who have never done whacking and whacking dancers who have never danced in heels are all welcome!
Access: There are stairs to get to the venue then a lift.
