Super Pussy Film Club MCR
Queer + Female led cinema
For our first screening we are bringing you She is Connan by Bertrand Mandico…
“A barbaric fantasy sci-fi trip through time. Sword-and-sorcery mythology is bent, fractured, and gender-swapped. Six lives, six eras, and six deaths mark Conann’s poetic journey through different incarnations and lesbian loves.”
Doors open at 7pm for an informal social with snacks provided and ice breaker cards with questions about your taste in film if you are coming alone.
The film will start around 7.30pm and has a run time of 1h45m.
The film is in French with English subtitles.
The event is BYOD (bring your own drinks) and some free cinema snacks will be provided to cater to different dietary needs.
