Come craft with MANTIS! 🧶✨
Join us for a relaxed craft social where all crafters and all kinds of crafts are welcome. Whether you're a seasoned maker, a complete beginner, or someone who just wants to sit down and make something with us, come along. There will be some of us who will be creating lino cuts, printing, paper crafts, crochet/knitting, making greeting cards for the festive season and making beaded jewelry as well. We would love to learn something new, so please bring whatever craft and skill you'd like to share!
As we hang out, you will also get a chance to get to know more about what we do at MANTIS and get involved in our work.
✨The things we make together will help support MANTIS's mutual aid efforts. We'll take the crafts created at the session to future craft markets and other fundraising events, helping us raise money for mutual aid and community support. MANTIS has earlier had tables at SET Peckham and at Pelican House. All proceeds go to mutual aid efforts for south Asian Trans & Intersex individuals.
We'll have some craft materials available for you to use, but you're very welcome — and encouraged! — to bring your own materials and projects.

FOOD and DRINK: Thingy Cafe has a minimum spend requirement of £5 per head to support their staffing costs. Please get a drink/snack to support their community centred space!
