This is a long and peaceful 2 hour practice, to settle, rest, and calm the nervous systems before the December chaos begins. Here is a snipped of the type of practice we'll be exploring- but it's all circulated around chill.
Yin and Slow Movement
Calming Breathwork Practices
Essential Oils and Self-Massage
Yoga Nidra
Herbal Tea
Candlelit post-Nidra Dream Journalling
It will be peace, the tender care we all need, and a luxurious amount of space and time to just be, exactly as you are. We will bathe in dreamy soundscapes for a sweet backing to our practices.
If you are able to, bring some cosy layers, warm socks, or even a blanket- it is quite dreamy to do this entire practice wrapped up in a blanket. Bring a journal or notebook if you can, but some paper and pens will be available. For the post-nidra dream journalling, you'll be guided through a few prompts, though you're always welcome to go off piste and journal or creatively write in your own way, or of course, stay laying down in your sleepy cocoon.
Everyone is welcome, whether you're a practiced rester, or totally new to the practice!
We are donating 10% of your ticket price to Healing for Gaza- an incredible organisation working to provide psychotherapy for children, adults and health care workers in Gaza.
