‘Real Housewives’ fans, gather around the Christmas tree as the gift you never asked for but somehow always needed is getting delivered, straight from Lapland, by THE most famous housewife… MRS CLAUS, in this madcap one-woman homage to our favourite reality TV housewives: The Real Housewife of The North Pole.
Her husband is the face of Christmas; He’s a household name, half of Hollywood has portrayed him and he regularly collabs with Coke (use discount code SANTAPOURS10), but Carole Christmas, call her C.C, is the real brains behind the operation. Her husband has always been credited for her hard work (that old chestnut roasting on an open fire, eh?), so, C.C’s taken the sleigh for the night and is stepping into the Fairy Lights to finally tell her story.
The Real Housewife of The North Pole gives a long-overdue voice and heavily-glittered face to the matriarch of Lapland. Friday’s Child Productions’ Mrs Claus is as glamorous, gossipy and girdled as our favourite Reality TV Housewives, and this Solo-TV-Reunion-Show meets Christmas party meets Ted Talk (or rather Red Talk) wrapped up with cult jokes, audience participation and games, character-comedy hijinks and original Housewife-pop promises to be as camp as, well, Christmas!
