Join the LEZ events family in an intimate queer sex and trans/non binary Q&A with California-based sex therapist Dr Anya and her life partner of 6 years, lea robinson - a BIPOC actor and diversity educator.
Dr. Anya is a Queer sexuality expert with over 20 years experience working with individuals, couples, and groups. This enigmatic sex guru has a Doctor of Human Sexuality degree, is a certified sex educator and certified sex coach and was the host of the popular Californian radio show The O Word Sex Talk Radio.

Dr. Anya has a private practice in the San Francisco Bay Area working with individuals and couples and invites straight and LGBTQ people into her practice. She teaches adult sex education classes as well as consent and boundaries workshops at Universities and Colleges. You can find Anya taking lots of fun dance classes, hiking on the trails surrounding her home and knitting yet another scarf! She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her partner, their teenage son and two silly kitties.
lea robinson is a queer BIPOC actor and diversity educator who works with individuals and groups to help them transform their lens of oppression into one of inclusion and diversity. Through interactive trainings, seminars and group processes lea builds bridges between communities through restorative justice and anti-oppression practices. A former basketball player and coach, lea has worked to bring awareness of implicit bias in sports to the public. They have worked alongside their students to advocate for themselves and each other as queer youth. lea currently works with CircleUp Education in Oakland, CA and was the former assistant Dean of Students at Mills College in Oakland. You can find lea working on their acting, submitting for auditions and making funny cat videos in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Anya and lea are have been together 6 years and have worked on building a loving, compassionate and energetic relationship through the good times and the not so good times. Being in a queer, inter-racial relationship in America and raising a child together hasn't always been easy! But through dedication and hard work they have built a wonderful life and love to share their experience, strength and hope with other couples.
Areas discussed on the night include: healthy conflict resolution, sex issues, healthy communication, gender, race and sexuality, queer relationships and parenting.

*Special guest Rico Jacob Chase will also be on the panel to talk about his gender reaffirmation journey, transitioning and the perception of trans people in modern society.
