'Encounters' is a series of monthly outdoor half day workshops based at the Wellbeing Gardens, Stanmer Park, Brighton for gay, bi and queer men.
We will spend a Saturday morning together 1030-1330 each month exploring our relationship to the natural world, ourselves and each other through different encounters.
We will begin at 1030 at Stanmer Church ( https://goo.gl/maps/ndRDXdpkEGo4mJFy7 ). Please be on time as we will start promptly.
Our home base will be a small sheltered woodland area at the centre of the park.
Weaving together some of the core routines of nature connection (sit spot, aimless wander, tracking), meditation (walking and seated), yoga (a gentle warm up), nature games and authentic relating, we will develop as a group with space to reflect on the activities and experiences.
There will be time to be by yourself as well as with others.
