Elsa da Silva invites you to reduce mind toxicity with a guided writing technique to shift negative beliefs to a clearer and more empowering narrative.
Elsa is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach who graduated from the Integrative Nutrition School in New York and is a member of House Of Rainbow, a queer organisation helping people reconciling faith and sexuality.
She’s very keen in helping others creating a mindful and empowering lifestyle.
The theme for this workshop is
KNOW THY STRENGTH
The session will include journalling techniques, meditation and some gentle movement and stretching so make sure you are in a quiet space and wearing comfortable clothes.
You will need a notebook and something to write with.
Tickets cost a donation based fee which will be donated to Moonlight Experiences who are raising funds to support Queer Artists.
