The multi-award winning drag theatre company 'The Drama Queens' are back with their XXL show...
QUEER'LESQUE
What makes a man a man?
'A celebration of Queer culture of which we can be proud. Sheer bliss' - QX International
The DQ’S are going back to their lip syncing roots in this special tribute production to some of our LGBTQI icons,
legends, heroes, queers and freaks who made us proud and helped many to come out of the closet singing
'we’re Queer and we’re here, get used to it!'
The show is a celebration and a kind of 'Queer Follies', where the ghosts from our glorious queer past of 50 years are united together for a final reunion before the Grand Victorian Queer’lesque Theatre is demolished to make way for a multistorey.
Sadly the Asset of community value wasn’t enough to prevent it from being bulldozed and lost forever...
Queer’lesque is a 2 Act extravaganza brought together by Spike Rhodes and his award winning company,
with well known founding members and some new family members, who will tickle your delight and brighten up your night.
