It’s time to build technique and confidence in boxing for women and non-binary people!
Female Boxing Coach Ana is running a series of 4 beginner boxing classes as a one-month package.
This is for those who have always wanted to try boxing, and want to commit to a bit more, and those who have done one or two of Ana’s classes, and want to get more serious.
No drop-ins allowed, this is a 4 week package to level up! Each lesson will be a continuation from the last, so please commit to attending all 4 classes.

Learn the art of boxing - with technique, footwork, and defences. All abilities and fitness levels welcome.
Your coach, Ana, is a level 3 qualified personal trainer, level 2 England boxing qualified coach, and lesbian. She has years of experience training amateurs in an ABC (Amateur Boxing Club), and will whip you into shape fast!
Running every Tuesday evening for 4 weeks from 6 April - 27 April, 7:15pm.

Putting everything we’ve learned together and feeling comfortable with combinations - all the defences, movements, and meaningful punches/shots.
All attendees who complete the 4 week package will bet a beginner boxing certificate emailed from Female Boxing Coach and Sappho Events.
