CABARET SAUVIGNON: #SparklingWine
The deep & full-bodied DRAGLESQUE variety show
What is draglesque? We’re not sure if its a word, but we love it. Imagine a venn diagram between drag and burlesque, it's the section in the middle which just so happens to be rhinestoned, wearing too much eyeshadow, and spinning tassels from multiple body parts
An all star lineup of performers feeling fizzy #SparklingWine join the delightfully bonkers drag and burlesque sensation, Dolly Trolley, for the eighth edition of Cabaret Sauvignon on the spectacular stage of Colours Hoxton. Critics are describing the night as well rounded, crisp, complex, earthy, nutty, sophisticated, pungent, and capable of ruining your carpet.
Ella the Great presents RICHARD MELANIN THE THIRD; all-mighty king and gentle clown
FELICITY FURORE; glamorous and scandalous burlesque royalty genius
CHRISTIAN ADORE; lovable soft-boy and gender bending Disney prince
LUSPINDA; world record holding hula hooping cabaret sensation
hosted by yours truly, stage manager Arturo and door manager Curly Chaos
Expect genderfunk, sparkles, parody, tease, comedy, flying items of clothing, surprises, fierceness and high-talent silliness.
