Knockout Thursday Training
Every Thursday, come and join us for an hour of fitness, strength, and skills training. We will meet in the boxing gym on the 1st floor of the Sobell Leisure Centre (no need to pay at reception, just tell them you are there for Knockout).
Changing rooms at gendered M/F and trans-inclusive. In addition, there are 3 completely separate private shower/changing rooms in the Sobell; these are usually locked, but you are able to request a radar key from reception to use them.
Please arrive at 7:00pm to get changed and to wrap your hands (a coach can help with that if you're a beginner).
We will have gloves to borrow but you must bring your own wraps after your first session. More info about equipment here.
This class is suitable for all members.
For safety and insurance purposes, each ticket must be booked under a different names. Multiple bookings under the same name may be cancelled without warning.
