On Thursdays, you have three options to choose from in our mixed-level class focused on fitness, form, and fundamentals. This is our biggest class of the week and the one that usually sees people socialise at a nearby venue afterwards so come and make new friends.
TRIALS
New to boxing? This is where your journey begins.
Our beginners’ class is designed to give you the confidence, knowledge, and foundation you need to make the most of training at Knockout.
You’ll learn the essentials of boxing in a relaxed and supportive environment:
- Stance and guard
- Movement
- The six basic punches
- Introduction to strength and conditioning
No pressure, no judgement, just good vibes and great coaching.
After this session, you’ll be ready (and excited!) to join our regular classes and start building your skills. Everyone starts somewhere and this is the perfect place to start strong.
Please note: this is your starting point if you’re brand new to boxing. You’ll need to complete this class before joining the rest of the timetable – it’s how we make sure everyone feels confident, safe, and ready to train together.
