Saturday Sweat

This session challenges boxers with some experience to push their limits. You’ll focus on high-intensity combinations, advanced technical drills, and tactical conditioning. This is another social class, with most people heading off to a nearby café afterwards – a punch and brunch!

You’ll train with:

Intense bag work and pad drills
Technical and defensive combinations
Strength and conditioning finishers

Please note: this session is not suitable for complete beginners. You’ll need to know your basic punches, stance, and boxing fundamentals before joining.

If you’re new to boxing, start with a beginner class to build your foundation first.

In the event you cannot make it to class, please use the 'Ticket Change' feature
Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances where Ticket Change is not possible, and only if a request is made at least 24 hours before class starts.
For safety and insurance purposes, each ticket must be booked under a different names. Multiple bookings under the same name may be cancelled without warning.
Latecomers may be turned away at the coach's discretion
