Cockles and Muscles is the Margate based Queer arty party, performance/DJ collective, that has been bringing fun dress up parties to town since 2015.
QUEER, DRAG, PERFORMANCE, COSTUMES, COMMUNITY, JOY.
POP, DISCO, QUEER ANTHEMS, BANGERS, FUN MUSIC.
Doors are 6pm.
FREE BEFORE 7PM ( JUST TURN UP). Our fab little garden will be open from 6pm-11pm, so make the most of it and have a cocktail with your friends.
£5 early bird (arrive BEFORE 8pm)
£7 (arrive before 10 PM)
£10 (anytime after 10pm …….but try and arrive before midnight if you can)

The Margate Arts Club is a Queer-run, LGBTQIA+ femme-focused, anti-racist, intersectional organisation. Allies & free thinking humans are welcome, but Please respect each other and staff at all times. We do not tolerate transphobia, homophobia, biphobia, racism, xenophobia, ableism, ageism, body shaming, slut shaming, or misogyny.
Anyone seen doing the above will be removed from the venue and banned. Have fun, go wild, but respect each other's boundaries. Ask for consent before touching anyone. This includes touching hair. No means no.
We work closely with our staff and security to try our best to ensure The Margate Arts Club is an enjoyable safe space for everyone. Our staff will be identifiable on the night, please come to us for help at any time.
