Have you been through the following steps?
1) Find the event you want by browsing OutSavvy. On the event page, select the number of tickets and click Checkout
2) Either sign in with your account with Facebook or email address and password, or register an account, or fill out the details under "Or Continue As A Guest"
3) Confirm the order details (First Name, Last Name and email details) and where applicable select to add a donation to your order and click Next
4) Review your order, select if you want to receive marketing emails from the event organiser and click "Confirm Booking"
5) All done! Check your email for the confirmation email (also check your junk folder) and download/store your tickets
