About LoveDance

Have you ever wanted to dance like Beyonce? Have you always wanted to slay it on the dance floor but don’t know how? Ready for a new way to get fit, get flexible and have fun?

At LoveDance we not only aim to train, learn and inspire, but most importantly share the love of dance!!

Our weekly classes consist of a cardio based warm up to get the blood pumping, stretches to improve overall flexibility and a quick blast of strengthening that all important core. Then we get into the main event: learning choreography to all the top chart tracks - with an emphasis on fitness and fun!

Whether you are new to dance, looking to get sweaty or just love having a boogie to some funky tunes then LOVE DANCE is the class for you!
