a community tarot circle for queer seekers
Come to learn, connect, and discover
FAQs:
What is a tarot circle?
A tarot circle is a welcoming community where people come together to learn, practise, and explore tarot in a relaxed, social setting. Each session includes guided learning, discussion, personal reflection, and opportunities to connect with others who share an interest in tarot, whether you’re completely new or have been reading for years.
What’s queer about the tarot circle?
Our circle is run by queer people and centres queer experiences, creating an inclusive, affirming space where everyone can explore tarot authentically. We encourage interpreting the cards through a queer lens, embracing diverse identities, lived experiences, and intuitive perspectives alongside more traditional meanings. While our focus is on building community for LGBTQ+ people, respectful allies who share our values are very welcome to join us.
Is it beginner-friendly?
Absolutely. This space is especially welcoming to beginners who want to learn about tarot in a relaxed, non-intensive, and social environment. More experienced readers are also encouraged to join, share perspectives, and explore different approaches to interpreting the cards.
Do I need my own deck?
You’re welcome to bring your own tarot deck, but it’s not required. We’ll have spare decks available for anyone who doesn’t have one or would like to borrow one during the session.
