Darren is a holistic practitioner, massage therapist, yoga teacher and facilitator of over eight years experience of working with men on a 1:1 basis and in groups; creating space for ritual, healing, embodiment, free expression and community. Darren has facilitated a range of large gatherings, events and circles for men over the years focussed on spirituality, sexuality and intimacy.
Darren is passionate about the health and wellbeing of men and enjoys the process of co-creating community through a blend of camaraderie, embodiment practice and no nonsense spiritual wisdom where men can be real, feel and connect.
