TVGC is a dedicated LGBTQ+ choir where all adults are welcome. Our aim is to provide a safe space for members of the LGBTQ+ community to get together, develop skills in singing and performing, whilst also taking advantage of the wide array of social opportunities offered by the group.
Throughout the year, the choir performs at a number of different functions, including self-organised concerts (usually July and December). We perform at local, community-based events including Reading Pride and the Transgender Day of Remembrance vigil. We also get involved with UK wide events such as Hand in Hand and other events relating to the LGBTQ+ community.
