Our Soho session is open to everyone who has picked up the basics, whether you’re still getting used to putting on gloves or sharpening your skills. This class blends boxing technique with fitness and conditioning for a complete workout.

Please note that the last Monday of each month, this is run as a FLINTA class which can be booked at the link below.
All levels encouraged but newcomers must attend a beginners' class to learn the basics.
