The intention of the session is to cultivate a sense of community and to encourage healing through ancient modalities such as Kirtan and Yoga. Kirtan is a call and response recitation of mantra which is used to invoke the divine essence. Yoga is a tool to clear stagnant energy and to liberate the body and mind. The session will be led by Vaun (They/Them) the founder of the 11th House.
