Into The Heart

Into The Heart comes to the city of Brighton & Hove with a brand new regular monthly half day workshop building connections and community for gay and bi men.

The sessions are led by Tom Cowan & Andy Butterfield who regularly work with organisations including Loving Men, Tantra for Gay Men, Radical Faeries and Queer Spirit Festival to name but a few.

We’ll be moving deeply and gently as a group with opportunities for self practice as well as explorations of working with each other in a supportive, kind and caring environment.

You may be asking yourself if this is the right space for you....fear not if you’re new to this kind of event, you’ll soon feel at home and warmly welcomed by a lovely group of like minded men.

Together we’ll explore the therapeutic nature of yoga, healing touch, sharing and being listened to from the heart and how we can show up and be seen by our community.
