This event is a workshop that takes the time to celebrate and empower disabled and chronically ill dykes and queers! though the art of zine making and mindful life drawing, led by Edie a queer and chronically ill illustrator based in Brighton.
Who is it for and who can attend:
This event is for dykes, sapphics and queers who are disabled/chronically ill and those who help + show their support to people within those communities.
What to expect:
This workshop will have all supplies provided, but please feel free to bring your own if you would like to. This will be led by Edie, a chronically ill and queer artist and illustrator working in brighton.
During this workshop we will making zines and will be following prompts to a mindful and fun, clothed life drawing session. We will be celebrating and empowering our bodies and queerness through a series of poses, mixed with prompts and questions!
You will get to leave with your very own or two! Filled with explorative drawings that will let us connect with our community
