"As a queer woman growing up, I massively struggled with my weight, my relationship with food and to add, my sexuality!
With all these things in the mix, I felt utterly lost on how best to work on myself. I was already feeling out of place, insecure and like I didn’t fit in. So where would I start with my fitness journey?!
I’ve been through all the mistakes, had all the negative experiences and now me and my team at Core Confidence Coaching focus on helping members of the LGBTQ+ community with their health & fitness journeys with support & a place they feel accepted!
I want to share the very mistakes I made and part with some gold nuggets that’s helped me and our clients absolutely WIN at feeling their best! " There will be a visual presentation.

Buy your drinks at the bar (on the ground floor) before joining us in the room and let's enjoy getting to know each others.
Timing (approximate)
- 06:30 pm Start, drink & nibbles purchased from the bar on the ground floor, bring with you to the room, networking.
- 7:00 pm all participants have the opportunity to introduce themselves briefly (i.e. 1-2 minute). Such as: "Hi, I am J-F, Professional with Public Relations, Catering Consultancy & Events experience. I get people together and make it happen!" Short and sweet is always best and guests can ask you questions afterward.
- 07:30 pm Talk and Q & A
- 8:00 pm Dinner - choose and pay for what you want at the bar, in the brasserie on the ground floor please book in advance so that I can book the table(s), others can remain in the room or join us at the bar.
- 9:30 pm Carriages

Non-Members: £15
