CLASS DESCRIPTOR:
Have you ever wanted to dance like Beyonce? Have you always wanted to slay it on the dance floor but don’t know how? Ready for a new way to get fit, get flexible and have fun?
At LoveDance we not only aim to train, learn and inspire, but most importantly share the love of dance!!
The class consists of a cardio based warm up to get the blood pumping, stretches to improve overall flexibility and a quick blast of strengthening that all important core. Then we get into the main event: learning choreography to all the top chart tracks - with an emphasis on fitness and fun!
Whether you are new to dance, looking to get sweaty or just love having a boogie to some funky tunes then LOVE DANCE is the class for you!

STUDIO:
LoveDance is based in the studio at Fitness First Thomas More Square.
It’s fully equipped with air con, mirrors, sound system and a sprung floor - everything that’s essential for getting our groove on!
HOW TO GET THERE:
LoveDance (Fitness First) is located at the Thomas More Square Fitness First, London, E1W 1YW.
It can be slightly tricky to find... If you face building 3, fitness first is round the corner to the right.
When you arrive, simply sign in at reception and tell them you are here for my class. They will then point you in the direction of the changing rooms and studio. You are welcome to bring your bags into the studio, or if you want to use a locker, you will need to bring a padlock with you.
