What are Family Systemic Constellations?
We invite you to a 2-day immersive journey into systemic and family constellation work in London. Building on years of experience facilitating workshops and a six-month closed constellation circle in London, this intensive creates a profound space for connection and healing. Together we will build a multifaceted container to practice presence, deepen somatic capacity, and explore the transformation available to us through collective attunement.
As co-facilitators, we challenge the traditional hierarchical structure of constellation work. Instead of a single authoritative facilitator, we co-author a horizontal, relational process that values shared wisdom and mutual discovery. Our partnership embodies a dynamic and fluid facilitation style, where authority is dispersed, fostering an egalitarian space for participants to co-create and contribute to the unfolding work. This methodology encourages trust, collaboration, and empowerment, inviting each participant to step into their own agency within the communal field.
This gathering will combine guided visualisations and contemplations, creative group constellations, and experiential rituals designed to deepen your awareness of embodied patterns and systemic dynamics. Through the use of found, crafted, and natural objects, relational processes, meditative inquiries, and living sculptural exercises, you will be invited to gently uncover and integrate hidden truths within your personal and ancestral stories. Our multilayered approach nurtures an inclusive and playful environment, guiding each individual toward self-acceptance where a deeper capacity for meaningful relationships can grow.
A key principle in our practice is to hold a relational trauma-informed space for deep listening and attunement to the “felt sense” that lives within all of us. Shifting out of a cognitive narrative into an embodied multi-generational sensing, allows each individual to step outside of the familiar story, and disrupt ideas that may have been previously locked.
How Does our Approach to Constellation Work?
This journey serves as a means to infuse kindness and compassion into the intricate systems we are part of, restoring balance within our relationships with our families of origin and fostering a deeper connection to the land and ecosystems from which we come from. Through the cases we explore, we glean deeper insights into how our unresolved narratives impact our present lives, opening pathways for embracing the richness life holds for us.
Themes that we have found resourced through this gentler way of working can include shame, repressed anger, issues around belonging, family feuds, power dynamics, unspoken truths, transitions, depression, chronic symptoms, endings, stuckness, longing for visibility, and loss of creativity.
All participants will be invited to connect with us prior to the weekend, allowing us to collaboratively establish a safe and supportive container for the group. Each of our offerings is thoughtfully tailored to the unique needs and dynamics of those attending, ensuring a personalized and meaningful experience.
How to Prepare for the Weekend
Unlike traditional constellation workshops, we don’t differentiate between issue-holders and representatives—every constellation is a collective constellation. Each role holds equal importance, and profound insights often emerge while representing in someone else’s story. Whether you feel drawn to share a personal theme, step into representation, or simply remain open to the unfolding process, we welcome you wholeheartedly. This weekend will be an immersive experience in presence, belonging, and deep exploration.
To support your safety and ensure the specificity of the work we offer, we will send out a questionnaire upon booking your place in the workshop. This will include a series of questions that we ask you to respond to, helping us understand your intentions, family history, personal blocks, and resources. Your responses will allow us to hold your story with care and attune to the group’s needs as we prepare for the weekend.
Holding a safe, respectful, and confidential space is at the heart of our practice together. Anything you share with us will be received with care and consideration as we prepare to welcome you into the circle.
