This month we welcome Paul Harvard CEO and Programme Leader - Collective Acting Studio

Paul began his career as actor-musician working on award-winning productions for the National Theatre, in the West End and for regional theatres. He has led courses and trained actors for eighteen years, at a dozen of the leading conservatoires and universities in the UK. He is the author of three books published by Nick Hern and his approaches to the teaching of acting through song are internationally recognised.
His first play GHBoy, was produced in 2020 by his own production company at the Charing Cross Theatre. The play was conceived during a writers’ course at the National Theatre and developed following grants from the Arts Council.
Collective Acting Studio is a new actor-training company - founded on the central principles of diversity and inclusion. This talk will discuss how we successfully led a brand-new drama school through a rapid period of growth - using a strategy firmly centred on our mission and values. A drama school without the drama!

Timing (approximate)
- 06:30 pm Start, drink & nibbles purchased from the bar on the ground floor, bring with you to the room, networking.
- 7:00 pm all participants have the opportunity to introduce themselves briefly (i.e. 1-2 minute). Such as: "Hi, I am J-F, Professional with Public Relations, Catering Consultancy & Events experience. I get people together and make it happen!" Short and sweet is always best and guests can ask you questions afterward.
- 07:30 pm Talk and Q & A
- 8:00 pm Dinner - choose and pay for what you want at the bar, in the brasserie on the ground floor please book in advance so that I can book the table(s), others can remain in the room or join us at the bar.
- 9:30 pm Carriages
Members: Free
Non-Members & guests: £15 (early bird, £10)
At the door: £20
Membership starts at £60 a year.
Expect a mix of great people and conversation to make meaningful social and business contacts.
We do not make any difference between creed, age, sexual orientation or gender identity. We are fully inclusive although we are a majority of 80% gay cisgender men.
