Join us at Arch Clapham on Friday the 22nd of November for an evening of performance, panel talk, socialising, and celebrating the love and strength of our community!
The event starts at 6pm with arrival drinks followed by an opening speech from You Are Loved's founder Marc Svensson at 6.30pm.
At 6.40pm Alexis Gregory will perform a part from his latest play SMOKE, which explores being a man, being queer, family, drugs, class, conspiracy theories, hackers, today’s obsession with self-documentation, and living and dying in the digital age.
At 7.10pm a panel talk about the role community plays in gay, bi, and queer men's mental health and wellbeing will take place with four fantastic panel speakers; Alvin Hansen, community director at Homoparody, Owain Evans, founder of Big Gay Out (BGO), Jaron Soh, co-founder and CEO of Voda, and Alexis Gregory, performer and playwright. The panel promises to be a lively and entertaining conversation, including Q&A from the audience, about the important role community organisations and initiatives play in providing support and belonging in our community.
From 8pm onwards the evening will move on to social drinks and celebrations of our wonderful community!
Tickets are free but we ask you to register in order for us to anticipate numbers for the event.
