After a really fun summer event I am back cooking with my good friends at Tuck Shop, Fish Island.
Jake and Sam continue to champion local makers, British farmers and seasonal produce and cooking alongside them in my local area is a dream.
There will be two sittings across the day, please select your preferred time when booking tickets.
Sitting one - 4:30pm - 6:30pm
Sitting two - 7pm - 9pm
This seasonal set menu that is designed to share will showcase the best of autumn's produce from some of my favourite producers.
Five courses, my current menu musings are as follows, this is subject to change depending on availability:
Bread and butter
Delica pumpkin, ricotta, crispy sage crostino
Wild mushroom tartlet
Grilled treviso, purple sprouting broccoli, anchoiade (or mustard vinaigrette)
Roast hake, mussels, leeks or kohlrabi gratin, butterhead, pickled walnuts
Beef ragu, polenta, parmesan or Beetroot cooked in red wine, polenta
£45 per head plus optional dessert
