Mind in Brighton and Hove is running a Stress Toolkit Workshop for trans, non-binary and intersex adults. This free workshop is open to people interested in managing stress in their day-to-day life. This interactive and practical workshop will:
路 Explore how stress works and its impact on you
路 Look at what affects our capacity to manage stress
路 Explore short and long-term strategies that can help
路 Support you in starting to build your own Stress Toolkit
路 Provide a space to practice some self-help techniques
路 Provide additional materials and resources to take away
Date & Time: Thursday 13 February 2025, 2pm-5pm
Arrival: 1.45pm - We ask all participants to arrive 15 minutes before the start time to register, so we can start promptly at 2pm.
