Ever wanted to create your own kraut!? Come join us for a 2-hour taste at learning how to ferment! Experienced fermenter (and member of the Fermenter's Guild - yup, that exists) Jelena Belgrave will guide you through all the stages of creating your own delicious and gut-friendly jars o' goodness. Whether you're new to fermenting or have already dabbled, come and learn this low cost, high reward kitchen skill. We will chat kimchi, sauerkraut and various other ferments. Jelena loves any and all questions about these incredible food preservation techniques.
