BYENARY events is so excited to be heading down to one of London's most gorgeously iconic venues; The Cavendish Arms. For a night of Queer pop punk and more.
Expect music from Fetch, Anserine, Gay Skeleton Club & Elena Sirret. Hosted by the sensational drag king Major Dom
At BYENARY events we bring trans and/or nonbinary musicians to the front, we also feature queer ally artists
FETCH
Fetch are an up-and-coming, instrument-swapping pop punk 3-piece. We’re Beth White, Chuck SJ and Frankie Tuffragettes - all songwriters and performers on the queer punk scene who came together to add some much-needed queertrans energy into a genre that is famously cishet and full ‘o dudes.
Featured on Get In Her Ears’ « List of Bands to Watch Out For in 2025 » - FETCH are making ✨ it ✨ happen
For friends of early Paramore, Green Day, Fall Out Boy, Chumped… that good classic 00s pop punk sound (with lots of feelings)
ANSERINE
Cast into the fiery ponds of hell for their silly antics, five geese banded together, forming Anserine, to journey back to the surface and chef up their oppressors.
Drawing inspiration from the likes of My Chemical Romance, Rage Against The Machine, and Mass Of The Fermenting Dregs, the diverse taste within the band creates a sound that blends elements of emo, indie-rock, shoegaze, and metal. Alternatively, they have once been described as "Radiohead, if they knew what djent was," a statement which the band can neither confirm nor deny the accuracy of.
Kicking off with their first show in May of 2024, the London-based five piece has started out strong, scoring a spot at Decolonise Fest for their second gig. With a steady run of live shows, Anserine is making their way up in the local scene, with anticipation building for their upcoming releases.
GAY SKELETON CLUB
Gay Skeleton Club are a London based queer pop/punk/indie band, formed at First Timers 2023. We love making fun and catchy music that you can dance/laugh/yell to, about things that make us angry (tories! transphobia! the planet getting f*cked!) and things we love (DIY music! skeletons! cats!)
ELENA SIRRET
Elena Sirett (they/them) is a folk-punk menace specialising in viscerally honest and startlingly humorous lyricism. Their music frequently explores their perspective as a neurodivergent non-binary person with borderline personality disorder, ADHD and dyslexia. They have recently started Attention Seekers (@attentionseekersldn), a performance night/zine which aims to provide a platform where creatives can express their experiences living with mental illness and neurodivergence. Their EP "Doubt That Feeds" is set to be released in mid-April.
HOSTED BY MAJOR DOM
He's a flirt, a fag, and a Major Dom. Often sighted stomping around East London in his gogo boots, he's performed at the likes of Mighty Hoopla, the Enby Show, Gallifrey Cabaret, and Hot n Bothered, and placed third in season 3 of Top of the Slops. This king will take you on the kind of space odyssey you’ll want to be writing home about - strap in, it’s gonna be major.
