XNTHONY’s turning 30 and he’s going to Edinburgh Fringe.
XNTHONY’s going to Edinburgh Fringe and he’s turning 30.
XNTHONY needs your help to get him to Edinburgh Fringe.
He definitely doesn’t need your help turning 30.
Time is doing a fine job of that already, thank you very much.
But he still wants to celebrate with you!
In August 2019 I’m bringing my hit show ‘CONFIRMATION’ to Pleasance, one of the top venues in Edinburgh Fringe. ‘CONFIRMATION’ explores rural life and queerness all set to the back drop of banging beats and sweeping choral arrangements.
To raise money for the tour I have brought together a troupe of my favourite performers, comedians and drag queens at Bethnal Green Working Men’s Club for a night of CRAIC!
Together we're celebrating...
30 years of Xnthony.
30 years of Xs and Os.
30 years of making art.
30 years of causing a raucous.
30 years of smushy make up.
30 years of not giving a fuck.
Your support means we can defo look forward to another...
30 years of Xnthony.
I'm asking you to support the arts and grab a ticket to this wild cabaret party cornucopia extravaganza!
For £8 your ticket will get you a delicious selection of performances and time to dance at the disco until the late hours of the night at BGWMC. If you can't afford that you can always pay what you can! There’ll even be an insanely camp, massive, high stakes raffle replete with my usual witty rapport, singing and some fantastical surprises.

More on the show at Ed Fringe:
The impulse to create ‘Confirmation’ came from my home town Roscommon being the only place to vote no in the Marriage Equality Referendum of 2015. Obviously this is an interesting position to find yourself in; I wanted to defend the community I was born into but I also needed to acknowledge the hurt of my LGBT+ family. Thus ‘CONFIRMATION’ was born: a hilarious and moving exploration of how a vote can change the way we view ourselves. It’s about looking for confirmation and wondering if we can ever find it.
