AUTUMN 2026
INTO CONNECTION: LGBTQ+ Movement & Body Awareness Sessions
What to expect:
Into Connection is a Pay-What-You-Can series of group-based creative movement workshops for LGBTQ+ / queer participants. It offers guided exercises, creative tasks, and opportunities to explore movement in a relaxed, informal environment. Activities are adaptable to different abilities and encourage immersion at each participant's individual pace.
All sessions are led by professional Dance Movement Psychotherapists, and take place in an accessible community arts venue. These sessions emphasise creative exploration, self-expression, social connection, and embodied introspection. Healthy refreshments, snacks, and hot tea options will be available for you to refuel throughout the evening.
Embrace movement without expectations, and cultivate connection within a caring, open-hearted community – let’s move, heal, and express together! ✨
