We’re excited to invite you to the launch of HarinGay Radio. An outdoor listening party to celebrate a new podcast commission profiling the queer voices of Haringey.
The episodes explore stories ranging from growing up black and gay in Finsbury Park to today’s queer nightlife in the borough, including Uhaul Dyke Rescue club nights in Tottenham.
The series is produced by artist Ian Giles in partnership with Haringey’s LGBTQ+ Community Network and supported by Mind.
Join us on Thursday 23 July at 7pm at the football pitches in Down Lane Park, Tottenham Hale. Expect a relaxed atmosphere with drinks and a DJ set from Lucy Nurnberg of Uhaul Dyke Rescue.
If you’re a queer organiser, community group or creative based in Haringey, this is a great opportunity to meet and connect with fellow local queer people. Come along and represent yourself, your work and your community.
Please save the date and bring friends, neighbours and everyone who loves being queer.
