Camden Kempo's 5th Birthday Seminar

Camden Shorinji Kempo club is celebrating it's fifth birthday!

Sunday 7th Jan 2024 And we would love you to be there.

This seminar will run from 3pm. We will end at 7pm and reserve a spot for dinner.

Our running order

Taiso with all the usual Camden classics. Don't miss the Iris.
Go ju ittai - How do you turn hard attacks into a soft and subtle take downs? Find out with Sensei Kavita.
Tai Kai Training - Giving you extra training for you to enter the BSKF competition in 2024.
Randori Training - bring your protective equipment
Opening Ceremony - With communal Sake or Squash

If you need any more incentive - our Chief Instructor for IKA and Chief Examiner BSKF 8th Dan Mizuno Sensei will be joining us. Everyone is welcome.
