We are back for TWO classes running on the same night, and this time, it will be bachata!
If you've been waiting for the right event to come along, this might just be it.
Whether it's your first time or you're coming back for more, you'll be in good company.
Afterwards, we'll keep things relaxed with plenty of time to chat, get to know people, and enjoy the atmosphere together. Because building genuine connections is what we're here for 🩷
This event is QTPOC-led. (Allies are welcome, of course.)
This month we're donating 15% of ticket sales to Queer Mutual Aid Lebanon, a small grassroots group supporting queer/trans people facing homelessness. Through sustainable monthly housing support for 20+ individuals and emergency cash payments, they've helped over 150 people with urgent shelter and medical needs.
"As someone who is half Lebanese, watching this war unfold, seeing what it has done to family and loved ones in Lebanon, has been paralysing. Being Lebanese has taught me that joy can be its own form of resistance, and so raising money for the queer community back home through DWD feels like exactly that."— Mariam, one of DWD's founders
We hope you'll join us in giving what you can, either by purchasing a ticket, making a donation or donating on the night. Looking forward to seeing you all on the 23rd July
