Online Martial Arts

Welcome to Camden Shorinji Kempo! We're proud to be an openly LGBTQ+ Shorinji Kempo martial arts club where everyone is welcome. We are fully committed to your well-being and our sessions centre respect, cooperation and inclusion.

Online classes are held Sunday on Zoom. All you need is a small space to train in, comfortable clothes and some water.

Our Online Classes started because of the first 2020 lockdown and have become a regular part of our training. These classes start with circuit training and then focus on single-form techniques, getting rid of bodily tension and on the philosophy of Shorinji Kempo.

If you would like to book your first class then email us camden@bskf.org! We will send you an email link to the Zoom session as well as getting in touch to check your pronouns and to answer any questions. After that, just click on the link for a fantastic session of Shorinji Kempo!

You can also make us really happy by signing up for 3 months of online classes! We will continue to offer online (and blended online/offline) classes post-pandemic, so it's totally worth it. We can't wait to see you online!

Safeguarding

Camden Shorinji Kempo does not have online safeguarding policies in place for children under the age of 18. This means that we cannot allow children under the age of 18 to attend our online classes.
