Martial Arts Seminar - Exploring Leadership for Women and LGBTQ+ - Part I

Our Exploring Leadership seminars were designed for Camden Shorinji Kempo Black Belts looking to enhance their teaching skills. Everyone is welcome.  

This seminar will teach leadership skills with a focus on female and LGBTQ+ experiences. It will take the form of an online discussion in which we will set scenarios where leadership is needed or questioned and discuss how participants would deal with these situations.

The leadership skills that we will cover include:

• Confidence
• Authenticity (gaining trust)
• Language (teaching strategies)
• Authority
• People Management
