In this DIGITAL PASTA WORKSHOP you'll learn how to make Fusilli, a traditional pasta shape from the south of Italy.
In addition I will show you how to cook a delicious and easy sauce to combine with the fusilli, called "Sugo alla Sorrentina".
You will also learn a bit of history of pasta and its different shapes.
You will get few tips about how to create the perfect dough and how to store your fresh pasta.
