Hi! My name is Banana Holdwin, I am a mixed media Artist based in South-East London. I am excited to start a new art club! (Like me, it will be mellow but a bit bananas too!).
Banana’s Art Club is focused on creating collages, prints and painting works and is open to all creative people no matter how much experience you have. The classes highlight how we can use recycled items and scrap materials to bring new pieces to life. It is an inclusive space for fellow creatives to create care-free artwork, without the stiffness of classical art classes.
I am thrilled to bring you an experimental and low-pressure art class with a relaxed atmosphere and focus on enjoying the process of the art practise. A chance to let your inner child be free and be messy! (As well as an opportunity to meet and chat with other artistic individuals).
Each week will have a different theme, but mixed media will be a constant thread and there will always be space for attendees to bring their own work or choose where they want to take the practise.
