Established in 2011, The Kaleidoscope Trust works to uphold the human rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT) people in countries where they do not have their equal rights and are discriminated against because of their sexual orientation and/or gender identity.
Harnessing the energy of the LGBT community in the UK, where we have seen such progress, to encourage social change abroad is a complex challenge. It requires diverse, subtle and long-term approaches.
