About Naala’s House CIC
Naala’s House CIC is a grassroots, community-led organisation dedicated to supporting individuals and families experiencing poverty, homelessness, domestic violence, and financial hardship. Founded in January 2025 by Naala Lartey, we believe that dignity, opportunity, and compassion should be accessible to all.
Our work goes beyond providing essential resources, we create safe, inclusive spaces where people can rebuild confidence, learn practical skills, and feel truly seen, heard, and valued.
Why We Run Inner Femme
Inner Femme is our magical, intergenerational space for femmes of all genders, sexualities, and backgrounds. Many women and femmes, especially those from low-income households or recovering from domestic violence, often lack spaces where they can fully express themselves, explore their creativity, and feel supported without judgment.
Through Inner Femme, we offer:
✨ Connection & Community – Small, supportive groups where participants feel heard, seen, and part of a caring network.
🌿 Wellbeing & Safety – Sober, inclusive activities including meditation, yoga, and mental health support to nurture mind and body.
🎨 Creative & Practical Skills – Hands-on workshops in sewing, up-cycling, arts & crafts, and more, giving participants skills they can use every day.
🍓 Nourishing Care – Healthy food and non-alcoholic drinks to fuel your body and spirit.
Our mission is simple: To empower femmes, restore confidence, and build community. Inner Femme is a space where hearts can heal, creativity can flourish, and participants leave stronger, inspired, and ready to shine.
This space is for anyone and everyone. Even if your life has been calm, Inner Femme is here to help you step into your soft era, a magical space where you are treated with respect, seen, valued, and celebrated, no matter your hardships or life experiences.
