LADY OLÉ presents CIAO ITALIA! vol.2
A year ago, Lady Olé decided to dedicate a theme to Italy as a gesture of gratitude for the Italian following it has been welcoming in recent years.
We invited an Italian drag performer and two dancers and crafted some shows with Italian classics. The result was a fantastic event with beautiful performances that had the Italian community talking about it for weeks.
We've decided to do it all over again.
PERFORMERS
PAPRIKA DRAMASIADO (Italy/Spain) will once again perform for us a mix of shows themed by styles and decades of Italian music. She will be joined by the ever charming (and seriously good-looking) Abel and Aleix from the dance company '50 SOMBRAS DE APOLO'
MUSIC & DJS
Music will be a mix of our classic sound (Spanish & Latin pop & dance from the last 4 decades) with a bit of Italian drama thrown in. For the occasion, we have invited CHICA BARATA, responsible for Churros con Chocolate aka Barcelona's strongest LGBTQ party ever, and JESUS REDSOUL, a Lady Olé regular who knows the party and crowd perfectly. Expect to hear songs from Raffaella Carra, Elodie, Annalisa, Loredana Berte, Donatella Rettore, Ilona Staller, Patty Pravo, Mina, Patrizia Pellegrino, Paola & Chiara, Rita Pavone, Gianni Ruso, Myss Keta and a long etcetera of camp divas.
